Installation
Installation is free for first-time subscribers. The process includes the installation of a network device to connect your house to our network, one (1) hardwired Internet connection, and a commercial-grade Wi-Fi router. BTC technicians will maintain the installed equipment and the customer is responsible for maintaining their network and connected devices.
Charges & Fees
- Re-Installation charges: $75.00
- On site visits: $50 for home/business visit and $50 per hour after the 1st hour (customer equipment issues)
